When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP on or before June 15.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
Your presense at our wedding is the best gift that you could give us! If you wish to bless us further, we are registered through Zola and Amazon. However, the Amazon registry is linked through Zola so you have a one-stop-shop! Simply choose the tab at the top of this webpage that says “Registry” and you will find all of the items we have registered for from Zola, Amazon, and a variety of other stores.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We ask that you RSVP for only those who are listed on the invitation. However, under special circumstances you may request a plus one by asking the Bride and Groom to be. (Hint: If the invitation says “and Guest”, you get a plus one! If the invitation says “___ Family” both spouses and children are invited!)

YES! We would love to see the whole family at our celebration!

What is Cocktail Attire?
Answer
Cocktail attire is a balance between formal and casual and elegant and comfortable. Some outfit ideas for men could include a button up shirt and slacks, a sports coat and slacks paired with a nice T-shirt, or a suit a tie/bow tie. Some outfit ideas for women could include a LBD (little black dress), jumpsuit, cocktail dress, or blouse and slacks. (No jeans, flip flops, etc)

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
No. We will be having an unplugged ceremony, meaning we ask that you put all cell phones, tablets, cameras, etc away during this time and enjoy this special moment with us totally unplugged. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture this moment for us, and we promise to share photos with you as soon as we can!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
No. We will be having a dry wedding meaning there will be no alcohol available. We look forward to serving you delicious espresso drinks at our coffee hour, and refreshing sodas and sparkling waters at the reception!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure time to park, walk to your seat, etc.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! Machias Meadows provides On-Site parking so you will have a place to safely park your vehicle! To ensure everyone has a spot, we encourage carpooling!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
We will have plenty of vegan, gluten free, etc options available throughout the evening! Including for desserts! If you are concerned about your accommodations, feel free to reach out.
