Flight

Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) OR San Jose (SJC) are two options.

There are several airports you can choose to fly into (see link below for more). Santa Barbara is approximately 1.5 hours (126 miles) away from Paso Robles, while San Jose is about a 2.5 hour drive (159 miles) from Paso. There are other, smaller regional airports that are closer to Paso such as San Luis Obispo (32 miles away) and Santa Maria (65 miles away), but flights are more limited and potentially more expensive. Keep in mind, depending on when you fly in traffic may be heavy.
