How Do I RSVP ?
Answer
You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. We will include a paper RSVP with the invite if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us!

What if I dont RSVP in time?
Answer
If you dont RSVP by September 10th, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.

I cant find my name on the RSVP?
Answer
If you can’t find your name on the RSVP page, don’t panic! We had a lot of names to enter, and there’s a chance something may have been misspelled. Try searching by your last name first, and if you still can’t find it, feel free to reach out to us.

What should I do if I cannot make it?
Answer
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify Avee as soon as possible!

Can I bring a date/plus one?
Answer
Due to a limited budget, we are only able to accommodate thoes guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Is this a kid friendly wedding?
Answer
We’re excited to celebrate with all of our favorite people and that includes your little ones! Everyone we have invited, including children, has been thoughtfully accounted for in our planning. If your children are included on your invitation, we would absolutely love to have them join us for the celebration.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We’re keeping things classy our wedding colors are black, and the vibe is cocktail attire! Ladies, think chic midi or floor-length dresses, and gentlemen, slacks with a dress shirt is the way to go. Please leave the jeans at home for this one. And finally, the one fashion rule we have to enforce: absolutely no white we’re saving that color for the bride <3

Are there any colos I should avoid wearing?
Answer
We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the Bride: White, Ivories, and Cream. Other than that, it’s fair game! Have fun with it, dress to impress, and come ready to celebrate with us.

What time should I arive?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We kindly ask that guests arrive no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. Of course, you are more than welcome to arrive earlier! This will give you plenty of time to park, find your seat, sign the guest book, and get settled before we say “I do.”

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that all phones, cameras, and devices be put away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present in the moment with us. Don’t worry we have an amazing photographer that will be capturing it all, and we can’t wait to share the photos with you afterward!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both our ceremony and reception will be outdoors. Since it will be early October, we’re expecting nice weather, but mountain weather can be unpredictable around here! We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap for the evening just in case temperatures cool down. We want everyone to be comfortable while celebrating with us under the stars!

Will there be a bar?
Answer
While we won’t be having a bar at the wedding, we’ll still have plenty of great food, drinks, music, and celebrating!
