The year was 2020; We were both lifeguards at a country club called Travis Pointe for the summer. We started as coworkers, but quickly became friends, and neither lasted long. On July 16th we went on our first date, and it went so well we went on our second the next day. Then another the day after that. At some point dates became dating and dating became falling in love. We made it through college, apart but together, and took the next step on December 20th, 2025 when we got engaged in Dexter, MI.
