Here are a few travel tips for those coming from out of town!
Globe is not near an airport, so out-of-towners will need to fly in to either Phoenix or Mesa. A rental car will likely be needed to drive to Globe, which is ~1.5 hrs from Phoenix/Mesa.
There are a few hotels in Globe (Days Inn, Best Western, Holiday Inn) as well as Airbnbs. It's best to book earlier to ensure that spaces are available.

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport
This is the main airport in Phoenix. It can be pretty busy but flies from most places.

This is a smaller airport which may be more manageable and offer lower prices, but may not fly from everywhere.
