Things To Do

A few of our Chattanooga favorites!

Sunset Rock Hike- Lookout Mountain

This is one of our favorite hikes with amazing views! It is about 3 miles round trip (not a loop! Just up and back 1.5ish miles) and is pretty family friendly but has some steep and rocky inclines. You can access it from inside Point Park by following the signs to the Ochs Museum/ Bluff trail or at the "official" trail head- Cravens House which is just below Point Park.

Pickle Barrel

102 Market St, Chattanooga, TN 37402

Most likely our most visited restaurant in Chattanooga! We have been coming to Pickle Barrel since our 1st trip to Chatt in 2022 and it was the 1st place we went after closing on our house in Chattanooga this February 2026! Try to grab a seat upstairs and outside on the patio and have a pickle back shot or a pickle martini (GB's favorite) with a side of fried pickles!!

Niedlov's Cafe & Bakery

215 East Main Street, Chattanooga, TN 37408

The cutest local bakery!! A lot of Chattanooga's restaurants source their bread from Niedlov's! We recommend few cinnamon rolls and a fresh loaf of sourdough.

Goodman Coffee Roasters - St. Elmo

3913 Saint Elmo Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37409

Our newest favorite neighborhood coffee shop! They roast all of their beans in house and make the best banana bread latte ever.

Oddstory Brewing Co: The Greenhouse

336 East Martin Luther King Boulevard, Chattanooga, TN 37403

A really fun and casual greenhouse inspired brewery! They have an awesome craft beer selection, fun cocktails, and an incredible espresso martini on tap.

Fifty Fifty Wine and Martini Bar

43 Station Street, Chattanooga, TN 37408

The best $10 wine tasting you will ever do! We just found this spot a few weeks ago and had the best time trying all different wines and hanging out in their cozy, European inspired bar. It is located right downtown, inside of the Chattanooga Choo Choo, walkable to other fun restaurants and bars.
