Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited numbers of our venue, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named when you go to RSVP. If you would prefer to make this a "parents only date night" feel free to RSVP "no" for your child/children.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

The Waste Management Phoenix Open is the same weekend as our wedding. Hotel space will be limited. We HIGHLY suggest booking your hotel ASAP or looking into an Airbnb! The WMPO is a fun event to go to if you have some extra time. The event takes place in North Scottsdale from February 3rd-February 9th.

When Should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by January 8th, 2025. If we have not received an answer from you by that date, we will unfortunately have to mark you as a "no" and assume you are not attending. We need to be able to provide our venue and our caterers with a final headcount. Thank you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to our venue restrictions, we ask that you do not bring a plus one unless indicated on your invitation!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are excited to have you there in your cowboy best! We encourage our guests to be in western chic. Please visit our "What To Wear" tab for a curated inspiration board!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our stunning venue will have a little bit of both indoor and outdoor. Please plan on being outside for the cocktail hour, while our ceremony and reception will take place indoors. Arizona can still get a little chilly in February so please keep that in mind.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Our wedding will be buffet style... so there is truly something for everyone to eat. If you have any serious concerns, please message Karen or Abby (both #'s listed at the top of the page).

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot able to accommodate you/your party.
