Rental Agreement

Answer

CLEANING: Event host will dry mop or sweep. Remove anything brought by self, guests, or hired vendors. All garbage must be placed in the dumpster to the south of the building. All tables and chairs must be clean before being put away. Please clean anything spilled or splashed on tables, walls, and curtains. Check to make sure you have taken all your things. Make sure all toilets are flushed. MISCELLANEOUS POLICIES: Floor is easily scratched, so take necessary caution. No tape on floors. Nothing can be leaned against or attached to the walls. No confetti, birdseed, rice, or glitter. Event guests are restricted to only the rented areas. Grace Event Center will not be held responsible for any items left behind. Grace Event Center staff may enter any of the rented premises at any time. Grace Event Center reserves the right to take photographs of events for its own records and for future use as advertisement. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE POLICY: Event hosts and their guests shall abide by all laws and regulations of the State of Utah. *We will not be serving alcoholic beverages. IF you can handle yourself, you can bring your own*

Unplugged Ceremony.

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. Please silence and refrain from using all technology during the ceremony. We would like our loved ones to be present with us both physically and mentally during our special day. Don’t worry, we have photo’s covered and will share them when they are finished!
