The ceremony starts at 4:30pm. We ask all guest to arrive 20 minutes early in order to ensure a parking spot and a seating spot before the ceremony starts.
Both reception and ceremony will take place at Rillhurst Farm. There will be staff there to direct you where to park. Ceremony will take place in front of a lake site. Reception will take place in the white barn.
Upon arrival, you will drive down a long gravel driveway until you see the brown house. There will be staff there to show you exactly where to park! It will be in a field so just keep that in mind!
Ceremony and Cocktail hour will take place outdoors! There is a slight hill at the ceremony site to just keep in mind. Cocktail hour will be on the back deck of the house. The reception will take place inside the white barn!
We would love to include everyone but due to a certain limit that the venue holds, we have to stay within capacity. We will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed out on your invitation. Children will be at the wedding but only those listed on the invitations.
If it rains, the ceremony will take place in our reception space! So when you arrive, you can go find a seat inside the white barn and the reception will also take place in the barn!
Semi-formal. Our bridesmaids will be wearing mauve so try to avoid the color mauve & white please!
We will be having a pasta bar for dinner! If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please reach out to the bride or groom.
Yes! We will have a mobile bar trailer supplying unlimited drinks!
Our ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony! Therefore, we ask there to be no phones or cameras out during our union. We are more than happy to take pictures afterwards!
After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the back deck of the house where we will be serving hors d’oeuvres and beverages for cocktail hour.
We ask that you kindly RSVP on our website by August 6th. This is so we can give an accurate guest count to our vendors!
