The requested attire for our wedding is 'spring formal.' Lightweight fabrics, pastel colors and floral patterns are encouraged. For the ladies: while full-length is classic, midi or mini lengths are appropriate for the warmer spring weather. Dressy separates or jumpsuits are also a great choice. For the men: a well-fitted suit is appropriate and a tie is generally expected, but a festive pocket square can add a spring touch if you opt for no tie.
Both the ceremony and reception will take place at The Oaks Wedding Venue (325 Huitt Road in Anderson, SC). The ceremony will be outdoors on the grass, followed by cocktail hour on the outdoor patio and dinner/dancing indoors.
There will be a shuttle provided from the Home2Suites in Downtown Anderson for our out-of-town guests. The shuttle will return to the hotel once the reception has concluded. If you choose to drive, there is ample parking at the venue. There are Ubers/Lyfts available, however wait times may vary - so plan accordingly.
Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!
