Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by June 15th, 2025, by clicking the RSVP tab on our wedding website. This will allow you to indicate whether you will be attending or not. Make sure you fully submit your response! If plans change and you can no longer attend after RSVPing, please let Evan or Gracie know as soon as possible. We hope to share our special day with you!

What if I do not RSVP in time?
Answer
If you do not RSVP by June 15th, 2025, you will be marked as "not attending." We would love to celebrate with you; however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs as there will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you if RSVPs are not received in time.

What should I wear?
Answer
We’d love for our guests to embrace the joyful, summery, garden aesthetic of our wedding! Summertime dressy casual attire in bright, happy colors is perfect for the occasion. The greenhouse will get warm, especially with all the dancing! ;) —so, we recommend light, breathable attire. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing white, but we encourage lively and cheerful colors. We can't wait to see all of our handsome and beautiful guests!

Can I bring a date or my children?
Answer
While we love and appreciate all of our family, friends, and little ones, we do have limited space capacity and are keeping our special day intimate. Therefore, we are only able to accommodate those listed on the RSVPs. We deeply appreciate your understanding and cannot wait to celebrate!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
On-site parking is available for purchase, but there are plenty of additional parking spaces and garages around the Downtown Market. Ubers and other forms of transportation are also available from nearby hotels! If you need assistance with finding parking or transportation before the wedding day, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are happy to help and provide guidance!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that you arrive at the ceremony before 6:00 PM. The greenhouse doors will open at approximately 5:45 PM, and we want to ensure all our guests have plenty of time to find their seats before the ceremony begins promptly at 6:00 PM.

Can I take Pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us as we celebrate such a sweet and special moment.

What time should I arrive at the reception?
Answer
We kindly ask that you return for the reception by 7:30 PM so we can begin the entrances and allow everyone to get settled before dinner. We want to spend as much time as possible with our guests and cannot wait to celebrate with you!

What time does dinner start?
Answer
Dinner will be served at approximately 8:00 PM in a buffet and barbecue style, featuring delicious options like pulled pork, smoked brisket, mac and cheese, potato salad, and fresh watermelon slices!

Will There be an open bar?
Answer
While there will not be an open bar, there will be a cash bar available for drinks that will open at the start of the reception! The cash bar accepts cash and credit card payment methods. Lemonade and water will be provided.
