Where is the ceremony/reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be at The Venetian Estate in Milton, WV just outside of Huntington. The address is: 1742 Midland Trail U, S. 60, Milton, WV 25541

What time should we be there?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm on June 18th. We kindly ask guests to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to grab a seat and start mingling.

When are the RSVPs due?

Answer

Please RSVP and make your meal selection by May 1st using the RSVP tab on our website.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We hope our wedding can be a fun excuse to get dolled up. Please wear cocktail attire.

Are there any other attire notes we should know?

Answer

We would suggest dressing for warm weather as the ceremony will be outside during the hottest part of the day. Our color scheme is light pink and various shades of green. We are not requiring any of our guests to coordinate with our colors.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love ALL of your children. Feel free to bring them along to the ceremony and reception. There will be fun for all ages!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to text us with any questions!

Will there be food and drinks served?

Answer

Yes!! We will have a pretzel bar served during cocktail hour with signature cocktails. During the reception you will be served a salad, plated dinner, and can graze the dessert bar to your hearts content!

Is there a vegan or vegetarian option?

Answer

The spaghetti squash bake is vegan! The sauce is made with beyond beef and it’s amazing! Please let us know if you’re vegan/vegetarian so we can let the kitchen staff know.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

If you have any restrictions please let us know! There is a space available on the RSVPs, you can also text us. We will make sure our caterers are aware and do our best to make sure everyone has a great dinner!

Will you have an open bar?

Answer

Unfortunately, it was not within our budget to have a fully open bar. We will have a hosted bar for beer and wine only.

Will there be dancing/entertainment?

Answer

Of course! We have an amazing DJ. There is also a photo booth with props that will print 4x6 photos for you to take home as a memory of the day!

Where are you registered?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is gift enough. But since you asked we are registered at Amazon and Macy’s. You can find links to both under our registry tab on our website!
