To RSVP, please visit the "RSVP" tab at the top of this site! There, you can search your name and RVSP for yourself and anyone else in your party. You will have the option to RSVP for our welcome/rehearsal dinner and our wedding ceremony/reception. If you are unable to RSVP on the site, please contact Gracie at 309-310-4473.
Our ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM, and guests may begin to arrive at 3:30 PM. Due to scheduling with our catering team, photographer, and other vendors, please refrain from arriving before 3:30 PM.
We want our guests to look and feel great, without going full black-tie! For women, think sundresses, casual dresses, jumpsuits, skirts, or pants with a nice top. For men, think slacks or khakis with a button-down shirt or polo. No jeans, please. Our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors under a covered pavilion, so please dress accordingly. The area typically experiences weather in the mid-to-upper 70s in May, but mountain weather can be a bit unpredictable!
Our celebration is taking place at a large Airbnb with a covered outdoor pavilion where we will host our ceremony and reception. Parking is available but limited, so please plan to carpool from your hotel/cabin whenever possible. Thank you for helping us make this intimate event possible!
We are not having a bartender at our event, but we will have plenty of water, sodas, beer, and other alcoholic beverages available throughout the night for our guests to enjoy.
We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to limited space, our wedding will be adults-only unless otherwise indicated on your invite. We appreciate your understanding.
We expect most of our guests will drive to the Pigeon Forge-Sevierville area, but if you're looking for flight options, McGhee Tyson Airport outside of Knoxville is the closest airport. If you are flying to the area, a rental car is highly encouraged. Ridesharing options such as Uber and Lyft are not reliable in the Smoky Mountain region, especially when traveling to areas off the main strip.
