Christian was standing across the room at a college party talking with his friends when I saw him for the first time. I asked my friend who he was, and she said, “Oh, that’s Christian — he’s in our organization too!” Naturally I did what any other person would do in that situation... I walked up to him, called him by his first name, and acted completely offended when he didn’t know who I was. Luckily, we hit it off right away and we ended up talking and laughing the rest of the night. A few days later, Christian somehow found my number, and we started texting. Not long after that, he just happened to show up at every event I went to for our organization. By the next month, we were officially dating. Fast forward three years later — on May 21, 2025 — he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. Fast forward another year and we're getting married! Funny enough, neither of us had planned to go to that party in the first place. Our original plans fell through, and we both decided to go at the last minute. Looking back, we know it was no coincidence — just a little divine timing.
