Brittan and Gracie met in early 2020 at Brittan’s fraternity Delta Chi’s Halloween party. Brittan dressed as the pope, and Gracie as an Army girl. Brittan and Gracie quickly became good friends and stayed in touch. They would see each other at Cy’s (their favorite Ames bar), Fraternity parties, and on campus. Over the years they got to know each other, and started dating November 15, 2022. They got their first dog together in 2023 (Atlas) and moved in together once Gracie completed college, in 2025. Brittan proposed to Gracie on their family trip May 1, 2025 in Florida, under the guise of a Family Dinner on the beach. They are beyond excited to become husband and wife and cannot wait to share this milestone with the people who mean the most to them.
