What's happening the night before the wedding?

Answer

We're hosting a Welcome Party (open house style) at the hotel for anyone arriving early! Drop by anytime between 7:30 & 10:30 to say hello, grab a drink, and kick off the weekend with us. Casual attire - come as you are!

Can I bring a guest or my children?

Answer

We love your families, friends, and little ones, but due to space and our wish to celebrate with our nearest and dearest, we’re keeping this an adults-only event. Invitations will specify who is invited—thank you for understanding and helping us make the day intimate and relaxed!

What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly request formal attire. Think suits, cocktail dresses, or evening gowns. Please avoid white, ivory, or cream (those shades are reserved for the bride!) and no denim, please. Dress to impress - we can’t wait to see everyone looking their best!

Will the ceremony & reception be outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The ceremony & cocktail hour will be held outdoors (weather permitting), with the reception to follow indoors. We recommend dressing comfortably for the weather. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will be in grass, so ladies, choose comfortable shoes!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re so excited to have you fully present with us as we say “I do.” We ask for an unplugged ceremony—no phones, cameras, or photos during this part of the day. Once we’re officially married, feel free to take and share all the photos you’d like at the reception!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes before the ceremony begins. This helps us start on time and ensures everyone is seated comfortably before the celebration begins.

How can I get to & from the wedding?

Answer

Due to limited parking at the venue, we have reserved a shuttle service for our guests. A shuttle will arrive at the hotel between 3:30pm & 3:45pm to shuttle guests to Mustard Seed Gardens for the ceremony. The shuttle will be making runs back to the hotel between 9:00pm & 11:00pm. Ride share services such as, Uber & Lyft, may also be used. Please, no drinking & driving!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be limited on-site parking available. Signs and attendants will help guide you when you arrive. Please consider using a ride share service or carpooling with friends & family!

Will there be drinks?

Answer

Absolutely! We'll be celebrating with an open bar all evening - so get ready to raise a glass (or two!) with us. Please plan ahead for safe transportation if you'll be enjoying the bar.
