FAQs

Question

Where is the big day taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception is set in the heart of the redwoods at Deer Park Villa in Fairfax, CA.

Question

Is it indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Ceremony and dinner will be held in the same outdoor space. Around 8pm, guests will be moved to the indoor dancehall for the reception.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire is strongly preffered! Think midi or long skirts, dresses, and pant-suits. Aim for a button down and khakis or dress pants. The sneakers, jeans, and shorts can be left at home. Also we kindly ask no white, ivory, champagne, or cream!

Question

Where can I stay in the area?

Answer

There are plenty of local AirBnB's and hotels available! San Rafeal is only 20 minutes from Fairfax, which is another great city to look if availability is low.

Question

Am I allowed a plus one?

Answer

For those in long term relationships, married, or engaged, your significant other is more than welcome! Although we wish this was possible for all of our guests, those granted a plus one will be indicated on the wedding invitation and through RSVP process. If there is any confusion, feel free to reach out to Angus or Gracie for clarification.

Question

Get to know the Bride or Groom

Answer

With the size of each of our families, we each expect to meet a few new faces. Gracie grew up in Forestville, CA and graduated from University of Nevada, Reno in 2023. She now works as a NICU nurse at Renown Regional Medical Center. Angus was born and raised in Sparks, Nevada. He is currently working toward his Masters of Science in Psychology degree at the University of Nevada, Reno with aspirations to become a BCBA. Both of us love to travel, experience delicious new restaurants, and attend musics festivals together.
