Texas weather can be unpredictable! Our ceremony will be outside but covered. It will probably be warm but you might throw on a shawl for cooler evenings.
Formal attire is requested! Men can wear dark suits, a shirt and tie. Women can wear anything from evening gowns to dressy cocktail attire. We want you to be comfortable.
While we would love to celebrate our wedding day with everyone, Hotel Drover just isn't that big! All invited guests, dates and families are named on the invitation. We apologize for any inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding.
To allow all of our guests the chance to let their hair down, this is an adults-only celebration. Thank you for your understanding.
DFW is 27 miles/@30 minutes and Dallas Love Field is 35 miles/@40 minutes away from Hotel Drover. DFW is among the country's busiest and largest airports, so please allow ample time if you are renting a car.
Once you are in the Stockyards, most shops, restaurants and bars are walkable. Ubers are readily available. The hotels do have daily parking fees and/or valet fees. Allow extra time if using the valet services at Hotel Drover. There will be an optional trolley bus that will be taking guests to Hotel Drover on Saturday, April 27th before the Ceremony. There will be limited space on the trolley bus so Ubering or driving to Hotel Drover is also an option. A schedule of pick-up times from the hotels listed on our website will be available as we get closer to Wedding Day!
Guests staying at Hyatt Place have a short walk to Hotel Drover, as it's right across the parking lot. Springhill Suites is walkable to Hotel Drover as well. However, in heels or inclement weather, it may be a bit far. If you plan to use the valet service at Hotel Drover, please allow extra time in case there is a line. Prior to the Ceremony, a white trolley bus will be picking up guests that are staying at the hotels we have listed here on our website and taking them to Hotel Drover. A schedule of pick-up times is available here: 4:00 PM • Pick up at Springhill Suites by Marriott 4:10 PM • Drop off at Hotel Drover 4:25 PM • Pick up at The Worthington Renaissance 4:40 PM • Pick up at Springhill Suites by Marriott 4:50 PM • Pick up at Courtyard by Marriott 5:00 PM • Drop off at Hotel Drover If the bus is running behind or full, please take an Uber. Seating for the Ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm. Transportation after the Reception and After Party will be your responsibility ~ Please get home safely and responsibly!
The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all take place at Hotel Drover. The ceremony will take place at The Barn Lawn. Seating begins at 5:00 pm and the ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm. Cocktail hour will be held immediately after the ceremony in the courtyard. The reception with dinner and dancing will be held in The Barn after cocktail hour.

Valet parking is available at Reata Restaurant. Public parking is available at Sundance Square Garage 3 or along the street. Garage 3 can be accessed at 345 W 3rd Street. Reata Restaurant is located at 310 Houston Street, Fort Worth 76102 and the Welcome Party will take place on the rooftop from 8pm-10pm
