Carson and I first met in 2019 at one of our mutual friends birthday parties where we instantly became friends. Soon after meeting we started dating and became inseparable. What drew me to Carson was how kind he was and how much he loved God. Carson actually helped lead me to Christ. I have always admired how faithful he is and how he leads me closer to Christ everyday. I thought that we had met for the first time at the birthday party but little did I know that our paths had already crossed multiple times. Carson was the boy who threw a smoke bomb at my door one night when we were young. We also played wiffle ball together the time I got way too mad at another kid for pushing my little brother down on the ground. We took many different trips together which were all centered around us playing sports. That even included Carson flying to Colorado for a softball tournament because I was upset I would not see him for a week. We soon realized that we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together. Throughout our five years together we have stood beside each other through many highs and lows. Some highs would be my baptism, many many trips, both of us signing to play sports at UCA, winning a state championship, graduating high school, and both graduating college. Some of the lows being death of grandparents, multiple surgeries, parents health issues, and so many other obstacles. Throughout it all I could not imagine going through it with anyone else. God blessed us immensely by giving us each other. So, on July 19th, 2024 Carson took me up to Petit Jean mountain to watch a sunset and finally asked me to marry him. We are so excited to start our new life together and would love it if you would come celebrate with us on December 7th!
