Can my children come?

Answer

Due to the venue capacity limitations, we only have reserved seats for those listed on the invitation/RSVP. Enjoy this date night on us! Any children invited will be listed by name on the rsvp.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we would love to have everyone attend, due to the capacity limitations of our venue, we are only able to accommodate those named on your invitation. Unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions for this rule. Thank you for your understanding !

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be indoor. However the welcome drinks and cocktails will be outdoor

What time should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

Arriving to the venue 20 minutes early is a great idea to be sure you are able to find the venue, get parking and settle in before it begins

What is the dress code

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. The official dress code is black tie. Please do NOT wear white or any shades of white as it is reserved for the bride and the groom

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open tab for soft drinks, ciders and beers! However, hard liquor will be at your own cost. Please remember to bring your debit or credit card, as the venue is cashless.

What if I don’t RSVP on time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and venue exact guest count by a certain date

What if I can’t make it

Answer

Your presence will surely be missed. Please RSVP « not attending ». If you have already RSVP’s attending, but find that you will not make it, please notify Mrs Gina Bodika (+27713418503) or Mr Alexis Muya (+27768179050)
