What is "beach cocktail attire?"
Answer
Think dressy, but light and breezy! Men - light weight, comfortable pants (khaki, linen, seersucker) and a button down shirt or polo. Ladies - consider cocktail, tea length, or maxi dresses.

Tip money is the only thing you should need! Bring some 1's and 5's for tipping (bartenders, waiters, shuttle drivers) Any excursions would also be booked individually and are not included.

When do I need to book by?

Please book your room ASAP! Our RSVP deadline is January 1st, 2024 You don't need to pay until you arrive at the resort in May!

Do I need to book through the room block?
Answer
Not necessarily! We have been told that these rates will be the best available, but if you find another way to book at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancún that works better for you, please do so! The resort has been really helpful, so if you have any questions or requests, we're happy to help you get in touch.

How much is this going to cost?
Answer
It depends on how long you stay and where you are flying from. Flights from Boston ~$400 All Inclusive Room (Per night, per person) $198+, 3 night minimum Airport Transfer ~$50 pp (free with 4+ nights) Example: 3 Night Stay (3 nights * $198pp/night) + $400 round trip flights + $50 airport transfer =$1,054 per person Example: 4 Night Stay (4 nights * $198 pp/night) + $400 round trip flights + free transfer =$1,207 per person This covers all of your meals and drinks during your stay, including 24 hr. room service. Children 4 and under are free at the resort. Children 5-12 are ~$70 pp/night

What if I don't want to stay 3 nights?
Answer
You can reserve a shorter stay, but the room block rate that we are able to offer our guests is only valid for stays that are 3+ nights.

Do we need to stay at this resort?
Answer
We hope you'll stay with us at the resort, as we are really looking forward to spending as much time with you as possible! If you stay elsewhere, we will only be able to help arrange an event pass for the wedding event itself.
