WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Dress to impress! Our wedding is a Formal/Black Tie optional event, meaning men should wear formal tuxedos or suits and women should wear ankle or floor length dresses. Please refrain from wearing jeans/denim and any shade of white. Keep in mind the majority of the event will be held outdoors.

CAN I BRING A DATE/GUEST?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest(s) formally invited on your invitation will be accommodated. If you have received a plus-one, they will appear on your invitation as well as when you RSVP.

WHAT IF I DO NOT RSVP IN TIME?

Answer

Unfortunately, if we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "unable to attend." We will miss celebrating with you, however it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the timeframe they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

Due to our ceremony beginning promptly at 4:30 in the afternoon, we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior in order to find parking and your seat.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults-only occasion. Please use this as an opportunity to enjoy a night out with us!

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

Yes, the drinks are on us! Please ensure you have transportation arranged from the venue if you plan on indulging in alcoholic beverages. We want all of our loved ones to make it home safely.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES/VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be silenced and put away. We would love for our family and friends to be fully present with us and allow our fantastic photographer/videographer to capture our moments. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you would like!

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided for all guests! Buses will pick up guests at The Logan and The Motto. If staying at the Windsor Suites, please take the short walk to The Logan to board the buses there. If coming from the hotel blocks, please be ready by 3:15pm to ensure a timely departure to the venue by 3:30pm. Valet service will also be available for those driving directly to the venue. Transportation will also be provided back to the hotels at the end of the night!

WILL THE WEDDING BE HELD INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The entirety of our wedding will be held outdoors, please dress accordingly.

WILL THE HOTELS ALLOW EARLY CHECK IN?

Answer

While none of the hotels can guarantee an early check in, all of them recommend calling the day of your reservation to request an early check in if possible.
