Everything will take place indoors, so no need to worry about weather!

What should I wear?

Answer

Attire is dressy casual to semi-formal. Feel free to dress up, but no need for anything overly formal—and we ask you avoid wearing white or sage green.

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

We’ll be serving beverages, light snacks, and dessert. Please note that this will be an alcohol-free celebration.

When should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive shortly before the ceremony begins at 2:30 PM to allow time to find your seat. We kindly ask that guests do not arrive earlier than 1:30 PM unless otherwise instructed, as the bride and groom will be having a private moment alone at the venue before their ceremony.

What is the schedule for the day?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 2:30 PM at Barn at the Springs in Springdale, Arkansas and the celebration will conclude around 6:30 PM. Guests can expect a beautiful ceremony followed by a reception with time to enjoy snacks, desserts, mingling, speeches, and dancing!

Will there be a seating chart?

Answer

There will not be a formal seating chart. However, some seats will be reserved for close family during the ceremony and at reception tables. You will be told if you have a reserved place.
