Question
Can I take photos or videos at your wedding?
Answer
To ensure our professional photographer can capture the best shots of our special day, we kindly ask that the guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony (Unplugged Ceremony). However, we welcome you to snap photos and videos during Cocktail Hour and the Reception. Please share them with us afterwards using the QR code conveniently located at every table. We would love to see all of the fun we missed out on during the celebration!

What's the dress code?
Answer
We would love to see all our friends and family get dressed up with us! Our dress code is formal cocktail attire / black tie-optional. Ladies: Formal cocktail attire is appropriate (long dresses/fancy cocktail dresses/dressy jumpsuits preferred). We will be having an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour (weather permitting), so beware of stillettos! Gentlemen: Dark suits and ties are preferred.

Am I allowed to bring my children?
Answer
First let us just say that we love all our friends and family's children, but due to limited space we are not eligible to accommodate anyone who isn't of the age of 13. The drinks are on us - please take this time of celebration to enjoy yourselves as if it were a Date Night and to congratulate the Newlyweds!

Is there a nearby hotel to stay overnight?
Answer
We have reserved a room block at the Home2 Suites by Hilton in East Haven, CT, where you can reserve a hotel room for the night before, AND/OR the night of, at a discounted price. Please refer to the "Travel" section of our website for additional information and a booking link.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide the venue and their vendors the exact guest count by a certain date. We will make sure to send out invitations early. We would love to see you in attendance so please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to the venue's limited space and the guests we have accounted for, only guests who explicitly receive a Plus One on their invitation are allowed to bring one. If your invitation does include a Plus One, we warmly welcome you to bring them along to share our special day with us. We truly appreciate and thank you for the understanding!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00PM EST. We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes beforehand so you will have enough time to find parking, settle in, and enjoy the scenery before the festivities begin! Please be on time, for if you do run late, you will not be able to join the guests until cocktail hour, which is on the patio outside The Castle after the ceremony.

What time will your wedding reception end?
Answer
Our wedding reception is scheduled to conclude at 10:00pm EST. We hope you can join us for the entire celebration!
