The Opening Act Our story began in the most dramatic way possible: 7th-period theatre class. Between rehearsals for Little Shop of Horrors and Jumping the Shark, we realized we were the ultimate duo. Our first date was at the local Big Boy—very high-stakes for two theatre kids—and those milkshakes turned into almost a decade of growing up together. The Plot Twist 8 years later, we’ve traded the stage for some pretty specific traditions. Our ideal night is a toss-up between a high-adrenaline horror movie marathon or a cozy Gilmore Girls binge (we like to think we have Lorelai and Luke’s caffeine intake, but with better survival skills). When we aren't on the couch, we’re usually camping, hunting for ghosts, or spoiling our dog, Lola, who is the undisputed star of our lives. The Grand Finale (The Beginning) Zach pulled off the ultimate romantic gesture at the DIA. In front of Van Gogh’s Sunflowers, he asked the big question, and it was easily the best scene we’ve ever played. From high school sweethearts to 8 years of adventures, we can’t wait to start our next act as husband and wife. See you then!
