The ceremony will begin at 4pm. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat!
Yes! A shuttle will be available to transport guests from Hotel Flor to Academy of the Holy Names for the ceremony starting at 3pm then back to Hotel Flor for cocktail hour immediately after the ceremony ends. The first shuttle to the ceremony will leave Hotel Flor at 3:00pm & the last shuttle will leave Hotel Flor at 3:30pm. For those who would prefer to Uber or drive, there is ample parking at Academy of the Holy Names (please use the Bayshore entrance).
There will be plenty of on-site parking at the ceremony venue. There is limited self-parking at the cocktail hour + reception venue, but there will be complementary valet!
The dress code for our wedding is Black-tie optional. We'd love for men to wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie, and for women wear an evening gown, midi or knee-length cocktail dress, a pantsuit, or dressy separates. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be inside.
We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions!
While we love your little ones, only children listed on the invitation and digital RSVP cards are invited to attend. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
