Question
How will we get to the venue?
Answer
We are arranging for transportation to pick us up and take us to and from the venue on the day of the wedding. We will plan to have shuttles pick up from Villa La Valencia and downtown San Jose Del Cabo (location TBD) for people not staying at the hotel. If you would like to stay elsewhere, you will need to get yourself to a pick up location on time the day of the wedding to be shuttled over.

What should I wear to the Wedding?
Answer
The Wedding Day Attire is: Semi Formal / Cocktail attire. Guys: We kindly ask the gentlemen to wear a suit. A tie is optional -- feel free to skip it if you'd like! You can always remove your jacket if it gets too hot. We would prefer no black suits -- it'll be a warm day in Cabo so hopefully wearing a lighter color will keep you cool! Gals: Think summer formal or cocktail, bright colors, please feel free to be colorful and vibrant! Where should we stay?
Answer
We have set up a room block at Villa La Valencia which is located in between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo, about ~25 minutes from our venue. We slotted 15 rooms to start and we have officially FILLED the room block at this time. We discovered a similar discounted rate for the hotel by booking through Costco. Link here: If you would prefer to not stay at the hotel we’ve selected, that’s okay! There are neighboring hotels in the area that are great as well. We’ve listed a few in the "Travel" tab that we looked into. Another option would be to rent a VRBO or Airbnb if you’d rather stay in a home.

How long should we stay?
Answer
We will be at the hotel from Wednesday - Monday (5/21 - 5/27) the week of the wedding. The Schedule tab will show you the schedule of events for the weekend, please join for what you can! The room block is eligible for 3 days before the wedding, and 3 days after so feel free to make a vacation out of it with us if you'd like to!

Los Agaves is the name of our venue and is a private venue on the Acre Resort Property in San Jose Del Cabo. We went to dinner at the Acre resort in July 2023 while on a family vacation and fell in love with the look of the property, the food and the ambiance! https://acreresort.com/weddings-los-cabos

Can we stay at the venue?
Answer
Acre does have luxury treehouses on the property that you are able to book and stay in, however, the resort is more inland and away from the water and the downtown San Jose Del Cabo area. We recommend staying in a hotel or Airbnb closer to the water and utilizing our transportation to get to the venue on the day.
