We’re so excited to celebrate this next chapter surrounded by the people we love most. Charleston has become such a special place to us, and we cannot wait to welcome you to The Cedar Room next May for a weekend filled with love, laughter, and dancing. Our story began in a college finance class. Gracee had heard Max speak a few times before but never paid much attention — until one day after a test when their professor brought donuts for everyone. Since the donuts were spread across the front row desks where Gracee normally sat, she decided to sit in the back instead. Max happened to be running a little late that day, leaving him with only one option: the seat next to Gracee. During a quiz, Gracee noticed Max glancing over her shoulder for a little help, and from that moment on, the two became study buddies — and the rest was history. Since then, we’ve graduated college together, bought our first home, and welcomed our golden retriever, Dolly, into our lives.
