Think polished and elegant, but not black-tie—dressy yet comfortable enough to enjoy the celebration! For women, this could include gowns, cocktail dresses, or midi dresses. For men, suits or dress slacks with a button-down shirt and blazer are perfect, ties are encouraged. Feel free to accessorize and have fun with your look, but overly formal evening wear isn’t necessary. Please keep in mind that part of the celebration, including the ceremony, will take place on Saddle Peak Lodge’s outdoor patio. The patio is slightly uneven, so choose your footwear accordingly. Great question! The easiest way to reach Saddle Peak Lodge is by car. Located in Monte Nido, a scenic canyon between Calabasas and Malibu, the road is wide and easy to navigate, though slightly winding. Complimentary valet will be provided at the venue. For out-of-town guests, we recommend using a rideshare or Uber. We’ll also provide a shuttle back to the Warner Center Marriott after the event.
Like the venue, the Vogel's house is tucked away in a canyon community—Topanga. Topanga Canyon is more narrow and winding than the road to the venue. So, if you're not comfortable with canyon driving, we recommend taking an Uber. If you plan to head straight to the airport after brunch and will be relying on Uber, please consider reserving your ride ahead of time to avoid potentially long wait times.
