Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the San Antonio Botanical Gardens - Betty Kelso Center.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15–20 minutes before the ceremony begins at 5pm. We can’t wait to see you!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love for our guests to dress formal. Western accessories and western formal. The ceremony will be outside and reception will be inside/outside so plan accordingly.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Shuttle service will be available between the Canopy hotel and the venue. The shuttle will leave at 4 pm and 4:30 pm. Uber is also available if you prefer, 13 min drive.

What’s the weather like? Should I bring anything special?

Answer

Early November in San Antonio typically brings mild, pleasant weather, with afternoon temperatures in the 70s and cooler evenings in the 50s or 60s. As our ceremony will take place outdoors at 5:00 PM and the celebration will continue into the evening, we kindly suggest bringing a light jacket or wrap to ensure your comfort. Please note that portions of the event will be held on grass.
