Where should I stay?
Answer
There are lots of hotels within a mile of the venue. There are options from each hotel chain and from all different price ranges. There are hotel blocks booked at multiple-take a look at the travel tab! There are also airbnbs and vrbo's around town if you are interested.
Question
Will there be a shuttle to and from the venue?
Answer
No, but there are tons of hotels less than a mile away from the venue. We HIGHLY encourage taking an Uber or Lyft if you plan to drink. Please figure out a driving plan before drinking!

What airport should I use?
Answer
BNA-Nashville is only 28 miles from the venue. You can uber to and from the airport and get by between walking and a couple of Ubers if you stay near the venue and want to avoid renting a car. The venue is surrounded by tons of stores, hotels, and restaurant's.

Can I wear my military uniform?
Answer
Yes, please! Please wear the service dress for your respective branch if you so choose.

Do I have a plus 1/are my kids invited?
Answer
Everyone who is invited is listed when you click to RSVP. You will see either the name listed or have "guest" added if you have a plus one.

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors (if the weather is cooperative), as well as the cocktail hour. The reception will be inside.

What is parking like? How accessible is the venue?
Answer
Parking is paved and the parking lot is huge. It is not a far walk at all from the parking lot to the ceremony/reception. Everything is handicap accessible. The ceremony is on grass and will be the only unpaved surface.

What should I wear?
Answer
The event is Formal/Semi-formal. We love the South and the barn, but please do not wear cowboy boots. Our men will look great in a suit and tie, with our women in maxi or midi dresses. We request that guests choose colors other than white, ivory, or cream as the colors of their dresses. Our military guests are encouraged to wear their service dress uniform. The ceremony will be on grass, which can be soft at times, so choose heels wisely!
