We’re happy to provide shuttle service for our guests staying at the Holiday Inn Northwest–Elgin. Shuttles will depart the hotel for the venue at 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM. Return shuttles back to the hotel will run at 9:00 PM, 9:30 PM, and 10:00 PM. Since both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same location, no additional transportation will be needed between events.
Our dress code is cocktail attire. Look sharp and chic, but above all, wear what makes you feel your best!
Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those who are formally listed on the invitation. If your invite includes “and Guest,” we’re excited to welcome them! There’s plenty of free parking available in lots and garages on both the east and west sides of the venue. You’ll find parking at the intersections of: E Highland Avenue & N Spring Street E Highland Avenue & Douglas Avenue Both options are just a 2-minute walk from the venue entrance, which is located on E Highland Avenue. That said, since we’ll be serving drinks throughout the evening, we highly encourage using the complimentary hotel shuttle or a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft to ensure a safe and stress-free night!
Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors, all at the same location, so you’ll be cozy and covered for the entire evening!
