Please plan on arriving at 2:00 to allow yourself plenty of time to park and find a seat. We encourage all guests to take advantage of exploring the gardens immediately after the ceremony while the wedding party is getting pictures taken. For kids who may not have the attention span to sit through the entire ceremony, there will be qualified caretakers to look after them at the garden's Peacock Playhouse.

The top reason we selected Kingwood as our venue was for its beauty. We encourage you as our guest to take time during the reception hours to walk the grounds. Experience the historic mansion, stumble upon peacocks, statues, greenhouses with rare plants, and follow those green shaded paths that lead to magical nooks, fountains and more. This was a gift and memory we wanted each of you to delight in and receive, as we did when we first laid eyes on this enchanted place. Please take in what Kingwood has to offer.

There will be light hors d'oeuvres, desserts and dancing at the reception. Along with the traditional First Dance, Father Daughter Dance, and popular Dollar Dance (bring cash if you'd like to participate) with the bride and groom, cake cutting and bouquet throwing fun, are just a few things to look forward to.
