Join the bride, groom, and all our friends and family as we kick off the wedding weekend with a night of solo performances, group dances, and spontaneous moments on the dance floor. Dinner will be served before the nights festivities begin, so come hungry! Transportation: We will be providing shuttles for out of town folks to and from the Sangeet given distance from Los Gatos. These will pick up in front of the Toll House Hotel (140 S Santa Cruz Ave, Los Gatos, CA) at 5:30PM to drive to the venue. The shuttles will then return folks to Los Gatos when the event ends at 10PM. Parking is available onsite as well. Dress Code: Indian garb is warmly welcomed if you’d like to embrace tradition, while colorful western attire is just as perfect. Whatever you choose, just come ready to dance and celebrate! Baraat (Wedding Processional)

Please gather at the foot of the hill to join the baraat. The procession will make its way up to the ceremony space at the top of the hill. A baraat is the lively procession that kicks off the wedding celebration as the groom makes his entrance. Picture music, drums (called Dhol), and dancing as family and friends escort the groom—often on horseback or in a fancy car—to meet the bride’s side. This celebration is open to both sides of the wedding party, so please join if you can! For those with mobility concerns, golf carts will be available. Transportation: For those without cars, we request you use Uber/Lyft to get to and from the venue. We will provide an Uber code closer to the event. For those with cars, parking is available onsite.
