What COVID precautions should I take?

Answer

Face masks are REQUIRED and will be enforced. For the safety of everyone, guests should commit to staying masked when not eating or drinking. Whether you are dancing or catching up with family, please remember to socially distance when not with your household. Reception tables will be spaced 9 feet apart and we will do our best to seat by household.

What is the venue doing to address COVID?

Answer

In addition to being a part of Colorado's 5 Star State Certification program, Arrowhead has several safety measures in place to ensure the safety of guests and employees. There are multiple hand sanitizer stations throughout the facility and outside areas. The facility is cleaned and sanitized daily. All tables and chairs are sanitized before and after every event. Venue staff are required to wear masks and gloves.

Will the ceremony and reception be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be in an open-sided tent outdoors. The only time guests will be indoors is to use the restroom.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Join us in front of the Arrowhead club house for the baraat at 3:45pm! This vibrant Indian tradition is a celebratory procession to the ceremony location filled with music and dancing. Ceremony will begin immediately after at 4:30 pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail or Indian attire. Note that the ceremony is on grass so choose your footwear wisely!

Will there be a vegetarian option?

Answer

Yes! Dinner will be buffet style and includes a vegetarian Indian entrée - the bride is a vegetarian after all! Note that the buffet will be served by staff so there are not touchpoints for guests. Venue staff are required to wear masks and gloves.

Is transportation available?

Answer

There will be a guest shuttle to Arrowhead departing from the Staybridge Suites hotel at 3:15 pm. Please plan to be ready in front of the hotel 5-10 minutes prior to the departure time to grab a seat! At the end of the evening, shuttles will depart Arrowhead to return to the Staybridge Suites hotel at 9:30 pm and 10:00 pm.

Is there parking at the wedding location?

Yes! There are ample parking spots available at Arrowhead for those who choose to drive.

What should we do with all the photos we take?

Answer

Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the premises of the venue.
