Shuttle Leaves from the Hotel to the Venue
1:15 pm
The shuttle will leave the Fairfield Inn and Suites Binghamton to go to Chenango Valley State Park at 1:15 pm
Ceremony
2:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Cocktail Attire, this is an outdoor wedding which may include areas of grass, please be mindful of heels
Ceremony will start promptly at 2 pm, please arrive by 1:45 pm. Please use the main entrance off of NY route 369. Follow signs for Grace and Seth's Wedding. There is a $7 fee per car to enter the venue, they accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. A shuttle to and from the Fairfield Inn to the venue will be provided.
Cocktail hour
2:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Appetizers and an open bar will be provided, we will have non-alcoholic mocktails and alcoholic cocktails to choose from along with Awestruck Cider and a selection of beer and wine.

Bread service, dinner, and an open bar will be provided. All meals come with a side of mashed potatoes and asparagus. We will have cake for dessert. Dinner will be a plated service. Please let us know any dietary restrictions or allergies as soon as possible.
Shuttle Leaves from the Venue to the Hotel
7:30 pm
The shuttle will leave Chenango Valley State Park at 7:30 pm to go back to the Fairfield Inn and Suites.
