Our Story
Grace and Ryan's journey began in a high school anatomy class when they were paired for a project. Grace, a senior, and Ryan, a shy junior new to America, initially felt like strangers. But Grace’s warmth helped bridge the gap, and their conversations grew deeper over time.
What started as casual chats turned into late-night talks full of laughter and companionship. After Grace graduated, they drifted apart, but fate reunited them a year later at IVC. Their friendship quickly rekindled and deepened into something more.
By 2013, Grace and Ryan had built a strong relationship, supporting each other through challenges like Grace’s studies at UCLA and Ryan’s dental hygiene career. They faced life’s ups and downs together, including the pandemic, while celebrating milestones along the way.
Now, as Grace nears the end of her psychology program to become a Marriage and Family Therapist, she and Ryan look forward to a bright future with their fur baby, Mocha.
