Please arrive by no later than 4:20pm, as we will begin promptly at 4:30pm.
We will be offering a shuttle ride from Tulsa Club Hotel to Sharp Chapel and back for the wedding. The shuttle can hold 25 people and will depart from Tulsa Club Hotel at 4pm exactly. If you wish to ride the shuttle, please meet in the Tulsa Club Hotel lobby no later than 3:50pm. The shuttle will bring you back for the reception after the ceremony ends.
Ceremony Parking: Visitors to the University of Tulsa can park anywhere on campus for free. There are two recommended lots within short walking distance to the chapel, Westby Lot at 7th and South Evanston and McFarlin Library Lot at East 5th Place and South Florence. Use this link (https://utulsa.edu/about/map/) and click on 'Printable Campus Map' to view a printable map. On this map, Sharp Chapel is indicated by the number 37. The Westby lot is southwest of the chapel and the McFarlin lot is northeast. Reception Parking: Tulsa Club offers a discounted event rate of $22 for valet parking. Please let them know you are here for the Lakin-Dishman wedding. You can also park on the street for free on the weekends.
The two locations are only an 8-minute drive from each other.
There will be thirty minutes between the end of the ceremony at 5pm and the beginning of cocktail hour at 5:30pm, giving you plenty of time to travel and park.
We kindly request that the chapel ceremony remains as camera free as possible other than our photographer. However, feel free to take as many photos as you like at the reception!
