Are kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Kids who are invited to the wedding will be indicated on the invitation. The kids will be given a space during the reception full of fun activities and snacks so that they can enjoy their time too!

When can we arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30, weather permitting. Please arrive no later than 4:15 so that the timeline runs smoothly.

Question

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?

Answer

There will be a shuttle running before and after the wedding from the Embassy Suites Hotel to Northfork Farm. However, space and timing may be limited so please plan accordingly. Pickup from the hotel will be at 3:00pm to take guests to the venue. Pickup from the venue will be after dinner on a continuous schedule to take guests back to the Embassy Suites.

Question

Is there parking available near your wedding venue(s)?

Answer

There is a parking lot on the property that will be staffed to help organize the cars. For those who require extra assistance, a golf cart will be available for guests. Cars may be parked overnight and picked up the next morning.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside on the property and the reception will be held indoors. Guests have access to the entire grounds after the ceremony, continuing through the reception.
