Our story began 24 years ago in the most serendipitous way—our parents were neighbors. With our families growing close, we spent our earliest days side by side, playing and laughing as toddlers do. Life, however, had other plans. When my family moved away, Peter and I lost touch before we were even old enough to remember. Fast forward 14 years, and a text message out of the blue changed everything. The message read, “Want to grab dinner?” Confused, I replied, “Who is this?” To my surprise, it was Peter Fairbanks! That dinner turned into a reconnection that neither of us could have anticipated. From high school to college and beyond, our bond only grew stronger with each chapter of our lives. Now, 24 years after it all began, we’re ready to start the most beautiful chapter yet—our marriage. We can’t wait to celebrate this journey with all of you!
