The Rhoads To Forever!

Noah and I both grew up in Springboro, attending the same schools and going to many of the same places. In our younger years, our paths ran alongside one another.  I was cheering on the sidelines while he was on the field playing football . Somehow, we never truly met, never even learned each other’s names. Life carried us in different directions, through separate high schools and into our early careers, all while God was quietly writing our story. Then in April of 2024, God’s timing gently brought us together. We met while I was working at a restaurant in Austin Landing. Noah came in with friends, and from the very first conversation, his sense of humor made me laugh and immediately put me at ease.  There was an overwhelming sense of peace and a quiet reassurance that this was no coincidence. But it was the kind of peace and reassurance that can only come from knowing God’s timing is perfect and intentional.  Our relationship grew quickly, not because it was rushed, but because it felt rooted in something much bigger than ourselves. Through many growing pains and big changes… my college graduation, Noah buying his first house and new careers starts, for both of us, we have leaned on our faith and trusted God to guide each step.  Now, I get to marry my best friend on the very streets where we once ran after school for ice cream and smoothies, long before we knew what God had planned. We are so grateful to celebrate our marriage in the heart of our hometown, surrounded by the people we love most.
