What is the schedule of events?

Answer

-The Ceremony will begin at Belle Center United Presbyterian Church at 4:30. Please plan to arrive by 4:15! -The reception will take place at the Beaverson Residence immediately following the ceremony. There will be light refreshments as guests arrive and get settled beginning around 5:00. -Dinner will be served at 6:00 -Celebration and cake to follow!

What is on the menu?

Answer

Dinner will be catered by Helmuth Family Catering, a local amish family. The menu will consist of grilled chicken with a sweet glaze, cheesy potatoes, home grown sweet corn, seven layer salad, and homemade dinner rolls with butter and jam.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you are unable to eat from the aforementioned menu due to dietary restrictions, please feel free to bring an alternative. If you plan to attend the reception but will not be eating the provided meal, please inform the maid of honor (937-407-2209) as quickly as possible.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

There will not be a bar at the wedding, but you're welcome to bring your own drinks to enjoy! We kindly ask that you wait until later in the evening to commence drinking, out of respect for the caterers.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Semi- Formal. Please keep in mind the reception will take place outside in a grassy lawn.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking at the church. The reception will take place five minutes down the road, where parking will be limited. Please consider carpooling from the church to the reception if possible.
