The Muddy Rudder Public House
WHAT? 2 pizza places on the same recommendations page? Inconceivable! This place has the best pizza in Portland, 16 rotating taps, and wall decor by to die for (harpoons anyone?). It's a bit out of the way, but if you've got time, give it a try.
