Grace used to be a soccer player, but now loves mountain biking and skiing (especially with Max.) Grace is currently in her last year of law school and will graduate this May. She is also a dog mom to Betty, a cat mom (to Jackon's cat Moose), and fish mom to Gus (a 12 year old goldfish).

Jacqueline Pollard

Maid of Honor

Jacquline has been Grace's best friend since they were 6 months old. Grace and Jacqueline grew up together, playing soccer and skiing. Eventually, the two friends went different directions. Jacqueline became a world class skier and Grace pursued her soccer career, playing in college. But they have supported each other the whole way.

Hilary Shaw

Bridesmaid

Hilary is Max's older sister. Hilary is a nurse, loves to travel, and has a goal of running a half marathon in EVERY state! Fun fact is that Max and Hilary hiked Kilimanjaro this year (2023).

SJ Edwards

Bridesmaid

SJ is Jackson's girlfriend. But more importantly, she is Grace's bridesmaid. SJ was a D1 soccer player. She was the goalie for the University of Utah. Now, she is attending medical school at Oregon Health and Sciences University. Jackson sure knows how to pick-em :)

Max Mroz

Groom

Max is a talented skier, mountain biker, unicyclist, and much more! He is also an engineer and incredible chef! (Lucky Grace). Additionally, he is a great dog dad to Betty, Moose (Jackson's cat), and Gus (goldfish).

Andrew Pollard

Best Man

Andrew grew up with Grace and later became best friends with Max when they bonded over their love for skiing at Alta. Andrew has always been an incredible skier. He competes on the Freeride World Tour (where he might be if he is unable to make it to the wedding). But we are all very proud of him!

Jackson Sponaugle

Jackson is Grace's younger brother. Jackson is an all around athlete. In high school, he played basketball and tennis. Now, he plays pickleball (sometimes beating his father), runs Cirque Series races, and runs half marathons. He is also your go-to weather man after getting his degree in atmospheric science.
