Glad you asked! We know that COVID 19 has caused all of us to need to be flexible and we ask you to bear with us as we navigate this. We do ask that you bring your own mask to use at times when social distancing isn't possible. We will also provide hand sanitizer, ask all staff to wear masks, and food/drinks will be served for you.
This is not a formal wedding by any means! Business-casual is totally suitable! 'Just remember the mountains in NC in September can be unpredictable (hot or chilly at night) so come prepared! Also, the ceremony will be held in a grassy area of the vineyard so leave your stilettos at home (you'll thank me later).
Grace's parents have known the owner of Morgan Ridge Vineyard since before it opened and Grace has fond memories of visiting as a child. It is also perfectly placed halfway between Charlotte (Grace's home) and Asheboro (Matthew's families home). And it's beautiful with wonderfully tasty food and drinks!
Not to worry! If vino isn't your jam we will also have beer made by Morgan Ridge Vineyard as well as water, tea, and lemonade. And, it wouldn't be an event with Matthew Sagers if coffee isn't involved so we will have that with dessert before the night wraps up!
It is important to us that the people at our wedding are those who are important to us and active parts of our lives. If we invited you we love you and are thankful for your presence on our big day and throughout each year.
