Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Hotel recommendations can be found in the Travel section of this website. We recommend booking accommodation ASAP as hotels are booking-up due to the holiday weekend and other events happening around Hershey.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that everyone please RSVP by April 11th in order to get the final head counts to the vendors.

Can I bring a plus one? Are kids allowed?

Answer

While we wish everyone could be there to celebrate the big day, due to the venue having a strict guest limit, we can only accommodate the individuals or children listed on the invitation or that appear on the RSVP page.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! Check out the registry tab on this website that will take you directly to the link where the item can be purchased. Most of our items are registered through Crate and Barrel and Target.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outside, as long as the weather cooperates, and on grass. There is a paved walkway from the barn out to the ceremony location. Cocktail hour and the reception will have both indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The wedding is formal attire. And we encourage all of our guests to embrace spring and wear colors! Dress codes for other events can be found in the RSVP or schedule tab.

What is the weather like this time of year?

Answer

Elizabethtown PA in late May has average highs of upper 70s and average lows of mid 50s. We recommend you bring layers for any events you attend during the weekend.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Our venue has a large parking lot in the lower level in front of the barn and a smaller parking lot in the upper lot for handicap parking. Please follow the signs that can be seen as soon as you enter the property.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our venue will open up to guests at 3 pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony time. This will allow time to park, walk to the ceremony location (about a 5-10 minute walk), and find a seat.
