You can absolutely bring the kiddies to the weekend & to the pre-events, but for the wedding day: kid-free zone. Feel free to bring a grandma/nanny to babysit for the day-of, or grab a local sitter. There's a group childcare service options as well, https://snappysitters.com/central-oregon/.
As of mid May, Governor Kate Brown moved Deschutes County (where Sunriver is) to low risk because the county has reached 65% of its population vaccinated. This means that any indoor venue can have 50% capacity - luckily, the Great Hall (our wedding venue) can hold 300, so we'll be able to have 150 people.. which is our full capacity! Yay! As of right now, masks will be required except for when sitting at tables. Tables are socially distanced, and tables can't have more than 6 people.
Yes, please see the 'travel' tab for details. You'll need to book ahead of time.
For the wedding, the attire is formal. For the rehearsal party, attire is cocktail. For the BBQ and brunch, attire is casual.
