We encourage you to book your hotel or vacation rental as soon as possible! Lodging in Hood River can be limited, so the earlier you reserve, the more choices—and better rates—you’ll likely find. Please note that we are unable to secure a room block for the wedding. We recommend staying at one of the hotels listed on the Travel page or booking an Airbnb or VRBO. Some hotels may not open reservations until a few months before your stay. If you're planning to join the after-party, anything within walking distance of the downtown Hood River hotels is ideal. If you're open to a short drive to and from the venue, consider staying in White Salmon or Cascade Locks —where there are often more budget-friendly and available options.
Kindly RSVP no later than May 15, 2026. We appreciate your understanding that we won’t be able to accept responses after this date.
We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! Due to the intimate nature of our wedding, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be clearly indicated by name. We appreciate your understanding!
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. If children are invited, their names will be listed on your invitation. We hope you enjoy a night off to relax and celebrate with us! See below for a list of trusted babysitters in the Hood River area. Semi-formal. We’re going for a laid-back, mountain-chic vibe with elevated summer attire that’s polished but comfortable. Feel free to lean into fun colors, prints, and summer textures. Think flowy dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates for women, and slacks or chinos with a button-down or lightweight blazer for men. Please no jeans, ballcaps, shorts, or overly casual wear. It will likely be warm (high 80s–90s), so plan for sun and summer temperatures while still dressing to celebrate. The ceremony and reception will be held outside weather permitting.
We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony. We’re having an unplugged moment so everyone can be fully present with us—we promise to share photos from our professional photographer afterward! Thank you for understanding and helping us create a meaningful experience.
Yes. We will provide shuttle service from Hood River to the ceremony & reception. There will be shuttle service at the end of the reception. Please RSVP accordingly. If you drive yourself to the ceremony & reception, you must drive yourselves home. Cars cannot be left overnight. If you are staying in Cascade Locks at the Best Western, you can walk to the reception venue and will not need transportation to the wedding.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the ceremony. Around 2:45pm. Please note there are NO facilities on Government Cove. Please use the restroom before the ceremony.
