We're getting married!

First Date: July 13, 2019 - brunch on a patio in uptown Second Date: how perfect that we each have a dog? Note to others - don't bring one year old dogs to a crowded patio to meet for the first time... cue our second date at Psycho Suzi's. Luey kept losing his ball and rolling it away from the table. Ellie kept trying to wrestle with Luey. Let's just say we're all lucky there was a third date...and another, and another. Now, the dogs are best friends, and rule our lives with their big puppy eyes and need for constant attention.

Luckily for Luke, Grace will typically go along with the plan. Because when he had the proposal all planned out - complete with a hidden photographer and a surprise party awaiting them with both of their families - he couldn't cancel it due to the rain! Grace thought they were getting ready to head to Anoka for her dad's birthday, but then a mysterious walk towards the bridge they'd walked across countless times led to so much more! With Luke holding her hand and reflecting on their time together, Grace realized this was pretty suspicious and soon enough Luke got down on one knee! After an excited laugh and a "YES!", Grace turned to see a photographer sneaking up behind them! A photoshoot commenced, complete with umbrellas and rainy fall colors, and then they drove to their next destination where both of their families were anxiously awaiting them with a big "SURPRISE!". Neither could imagine anything better than being surrounded by their loved ones to celebrate their special day.
