What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress Code: Garden Formal / Cocktail Our ceremony is planned outdoors (weather permitting) with a climate-controlled indoor reception to follow. For women, elegant dresses or dressy jumpsuits are perfect. Gentlemen should opt for dress pants or suits. We kindly ask that you avoid jeans and casual wear. As a gentle reminder, please refrain from white or ivory dresses. Bridesmaids will be in light blue, Groomsmen in black.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive at minimum 15 minutes before our 3:30 p.m. ceremony begins to find your seat and settle in comfortably. The Grand Stay shuttle will begin departing at 2:30 p.m. Thank you!

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at The Eloise. The venue requests overnight vehicles to be removed from the lot by 9 AM Sunday May 24th or vehicles risk being towed. The venue is hosting another event on the 24th.

What is the shuttle schedule?

Answer

Shuttles will depart from the Grand Stay in Mt. Horeb to The Eloise beginning at 2:30 p.m., with pickups approximately every 15-20 minutes until 3:15. Please note that shuttle service will pause from 3:15–4:00 p.m for the ceremony duration. Service will resume at 4:15 p.m. and continue until 11:30 p.m., with the reception concluding at 11:00 p.m. A scheduled will be located at the bar for your convenience.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

The venue does not permit any outside alcohol. Please refrain from bringing your own alcohol. We will have a hosted bar from 4:15 - 7:15pm and signature drinks available throughout the evening.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We kindly request an adults-only celebration. Due to our venue capacity, we've made the difficult choice to host an evening without children, other than close family members. We thank you for understanding and hope you'll enjoy a special night out!
